Holy Gin Fizz - Competition Winner - Gin Cocktail with Hydrosol

Holy Gin Fizz2oz Empress 1908 Gin0.75 orgeat0.75 50/50 lemon lime juice0.5 key lime pie hydrosol blend0.25 egg white2oz cold seltzer Reverse dry shake, top with soda. Garnish with lime basil bud. I came up with this cocktail for the Atlanta Bartender Bloodsport competition.  The goal was to create something like key lime pie, so the hydrosol was blended for this purpose, using lime basil, lemon basil, and lemon balm hydrosol.
